Poor HR & Upper Management - Manager of Sample Management PPD Employee Review

HR is very inconsistent and does know what exactly is going on, I have never worked for a company, where HR runs the department instead of the management team. This has been the worst organization I have worked for in my entire life. Upper management will not speak or support management within the department, HR runs the department without knowing what is going on.
