      Pros

      Lots of training, they actually give you a job without experience straight out of college. Good benefits, time off, and non-work related perks

      Cons

      VERY poor compensation for laboratory positions. If you get a raise or a promotion, it's only a couple cents an hour difference. Even after several promotions, your salary will still be depressing. Very high turnover rate for obvious reasons

      Pros

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
