Excellent work environment, there will be always someone to help. Diversity in areas within the Company so you can interact with different people and to learn from all of them. Flexibility in working modality (home, office, scheduling) according to your necessities and based on your proper performance. Also you have the chance to move to other areas within the Company. Good benefits.
Cons
Slow professional growth. Work overload for long periods (not the best balance between professional and personal life). Strict control over travel expenses. There is no support to take additional courses, training for professional career development.
