      Great Experience The Manager was quite flexible with Holiday/doctors/Dentist/ Work Hours Some really Nice people within the company

      Cons

      Poor Salary no real training to the role or further development Graduates are held in their low positions, even if you over perform , it accounts for nothing. The progression (jobs advertised) goes to external applicants who dont meet the job criteria hence leading back to the first point. High turnover of great hard working staff which is a shame.

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Cons

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
