Pros
It is a Flexible, friendly work environment. A lot of existing tools to help employee complete their job. People are excellent to work with.
Cons
It is very busy which is good for company and good for employee at some sense. As manager, it creates difficulty for hiring. Processes sometimes could be complicated which might result in less efficient.
