A horrible place to work - Associate Scientist PPD Employee Review

Pros

They pay on a regular basis, even if it's not very well.

Cons

PPD functions by taking people fresh out of college who don't have a good idea of what their skill set is worth, and working them hard until they either quit in frustration or until management can find an excuse to fire them. Expect all of your work to be a rush priority. If you are hired by this company for a lab position, expect to be in constant competition with your co-workers for the equipment you need to complete your job duties. Don't expect hard work to be rewarded by this company.

Pros

Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

Cons

7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
