      Pros

      Good for people who like to slog and dont care about work life balance. Flexible timings.

      Cons

      Heavy work load. No activity what so ever for employee benefit wellness, fun, recreation. No sense of hardwork appriciation. The department is ALWAYS out of resources.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
