      Pros

      You work on challenging projects and get to interact with a lot of people. Depending on the size of your [project, you may get a chance to be known by Sr. Management. You have some flexibility in your schedule and can work from home as needed with supervisor's approval.

      Cons

      Working on multiple projects at the same time. Accountability no shared equally by team members. Promotion process is in constant flux and confusing.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
