Your experience will honestly depend on how insufferable your manager is. Most of them are micromanaging, dishonest, sneaky, unsupportive, and rude. No opportunity for growth most of the internal positions will have you doing different duties but won't increase the pay which is exploitative. They once had me training other employees and acting as a manager without paying me more or changing my job title.Very rude customers almost their behavior is truly appaling. The pay is not nearly enough as it should be. The employees, specifically in the branch suck as well.
