Pros

Coworkers were awesome... that's about it. Base salary is livable right out of college.

Cons

Well, where do I begin. I give the company 2, maybe 3 years before it goes out of business. I'd say they've fired 45% if not more of their staff in the past few months. Without warning, of course. The upper level managers here are frauds, for lack of better words. These people seem to have nothing better to do than micromanage the life out of you and make you feel worthless. It's a business of scamming people, simple as that. Commission? By the way, basically nonexistent. Any of the positive reveiws you see on here are from the entitled kids that Austin decides he wants to keep around as AE's or because they offer us giftcards to write something nice about the place. To bad they signed a rental contract for 10 years on this new office, give it a few more years max before this place gets shut.

Pros

The Colleagues and relationships you make with your co-workers. Building a book of business, and fast paced environment. Unlimited Growth Potential.

Cons

The direction the company is headed in and the toxicity of an everchanging management structure. As someone who spent almost a decade with PLS; I can say fully and honestly, they do not care about you. This is a company to build experience with and move on from. If you are a $20K rep for more than 6 months, after you roll out, they will move off of you. You will be terminated with no second thought--other reps will poach your clients and potentially ruin any relationships. Furthermore, management tends to play favorites--If you show growth potential, they will feed you, but the moment you fail on one opportunity--you will be turned over. This is not the job for anyone who questions their own ability and work ethic. PLS Hires in classes - they will hire 30-40 people at a time, and in 3 months, 4 to 5 people of that class will remain. The turn over is extremely high and there is no job security. Finally, even if you are a top performer, they will not hesitate to get rid of you.
