Interview
A logistics interview usually starts with a short introduction where the interviewer explains the role and asks you to tell them about yourself. Then they move into basic logistics questions to check that you understand things like supply chain, inventory, and deliveries. The main part of the interview is usually scenario-based questions, where they give you problems like delayed shipments, supplier issues, or warehouse shortages and want to see how you think, prioritize, and communicate. After that, they may ask about your past experience or behavior under pressure, or basic technical skills like Excel or logistics software, depending on the role. Toward the end, there are HR-style questions about why you want the job, your strengths and weaknesses, and salary expectations, and finally, they give you a chance to ask your own questions before wrapping up.
