Dismal atmosphere, extreme executive turnover (new cfo - in some cases multiple) nearly every year over last decade except for ONE who lasted over 3 years - YIKES. Riffs were common (3+ in 4 years of working / bonuses cut week before Christmas in 2016). Middle level management roles are dangerous in “non revenue producing areas” as leadership values sales over operations investments. Proprietary software makes it tough because downtime was frequent. If you scan LinkedIn you will notice tenure figures are short.
