Pros

$38,000 salary to begin with, but then it goes away...

Cons

Benchmarks are unrealistic, no real training about industry or their database, they talk about there being a team environment, but it's not....can't trust anyone because everyone is looking to steal your customers/prospects. HIGH TURNOVER RATES!! Work/Life balance is terrible, all work, no play, work two Saturdays a month and an extra hour once a day each week.

Sorry to see this feedback. Supporting and motivating employees is a huge priority at PLS and I'm sorry to see you haven't felt that as your experience. This is truly a team environment and we work hard to maintain a productive, fun culture. Your comments will be passed to upper management.

Pros

The Colleagues and relationships you make with your co-workers. Building a book of business, and fast paced environment. Unlimited Growth Potential.

Cons

The direction the company is headed in and the toxicity of an everchanging management structure. As someone who spent almost a decade with PLS; I can say fully and honestly, they do not care about you. This is a company to build experience with and move on from. If you are a $20K rep for more than 6 months, after you roll out, they will move off of you. You will be terminated with no second thought--other reps will poach your clients and potentially ruin any relationships. Furthermore, management tends to play favorites--If you show growth potential, they will feed you, but the moment you fail on one opportunity--you will be turned over. This is not the job for anyone who questions their own ability and work ethic. PLS Hires in classes - they will hire 30-40 people at a time, and in 3 months, 4 to 5 people of that class will remain. The turn over is extremely high and there is no job security. Finally, even if you are a top performer, they will not hesitate to get rid of you.
