      One of its kind Startup, if you are an ideator then its the perfect place to be Have smart people around All round development, you get to know from what's going in development , marketing, sales.. Little Chaotic but You get your chance to present your ideas I can say that in terms of inventions, most inventive startup

      Cons

      Need to find people who believe in your kind of startup. Most of the people may find it difficult working here because it requires high level of intellectual input, less processing based work

      1. Inventions is its core, always in problem-solving mode 2. Flexible work hours 3. Friendly Management 4. Very well organized and competitive atmosphere 5. Working here will brush up your mind to come up with something innovative 6. All suggestions are considered by senior management without any hesitation. 7. Great working environment

      Cons

      Its been a year and a half in this company and the journey till now couldn't be better. so literally nothing.

      Pros

      The startup has more than 100 patents filed, and you are nurtured to do the same. Flat Organization, anyone can approach anyone & you can contribute too if you have idea in any engineering or whatever section.

      Cons

      I don't know if its a con or not, but it has a very diverse background in this initial phase, I have not seen such a company anywhere else.
