Pros
There are just a FEW individuals(none of which are management) at corporate that will support AE our in the branches. The Branches for the most part are supportive of AE unless they are working major national accounts. If you are making money, most managers are hands off.
Cons
Downside, ANYTHING involving corporate management (executives, sales, finance) Unless you drink the management cool aid, they won’t return calls or emails, lie through their teeth and position you to lose money by underbidding already established margins with existing accounts. Keep your ace accounts in your pocket at your local branch. The less you expose to corporate, the less they will cut you out of your own accounts.
