      Pros

      Genuine love and great care of the kids, in a unique and special learning environment for students with Autism and various developmental/learning disabilities. The mission is clear and staff (from top to bottom) are dedicated. People care.

      Cons

      Benefits are standard Medical/Dental/Vision, Life Insurance & Accidental D&D. 401K available but no matching. Hours during the regular school year are 33/week but cut to 18/week during summer school. Not enough PTO or sick time offered. Many unpaid holidays and winter/spring school breaks are often unpaid due to insufficient PTO. Lack of opportunity for growth. No annual or regular/reliable pay increases.

The organization places a strong emphasis on learning, growth, and the development of both its participants and staff. It is a rewarding place to work for those who are passionate about making a difference.
