PACTT Learning Center interview questions

Brought in for an interview. Met with the admin staff, and we talked for a while. Then, for about 30 minutes, I got a chance to observe a classroom. Overall I left feeling really positive. Hadn't heard back yet, but hopefully soon!

Applied via e-mail/website. Was called a few days later and had a mini-phone interview, then asked to come in to have a physical interview at the school. The physical interview was professional but semi-informal with just the school principal. Lasted about 30 minutes. Asked about prior experiences working with individuals with developmental disabilities (especially autism). Questions varied regarding experience with: IEPs, behavior & classroom management, crisis intervention, etc. Post-interview was given tour of school, introduced to students and staff.
