Pros
Good exposure to a variety of sale types (DSP, managed, data, retail direct, etc) as well as a place where I was able to build my contact rolodex being newer to sales when I joined. Also some great people who work there (unfortunately, the senior management team is not great). Unlimited PTO (you will need this to stay sane) Paid out commission monthly (good luck if you're one of the few who are able to actually make commission since all account assignments are based on politics and playing favorites)
Cons
Motivation by fear of getting fired, micro-managed, disjointed communication from the top down, degrading mid-level management, terrible senior management, unrealistic goals, no formal review process or check ins, just disjointed 1:1's. Just do not even entertain the idea of working here. Hands down worst company I've ever worked for.
