Trust me, this place has no pros. None at all. Just the trainers do their best during training/onboarding and HMO.

I don't even know where to start from. Just avoid this place! Runn. We saw hell. Very toxic work environment with nonesense work politics. The pay is even nothing to write home about, a little higher than the previous minimum wage. Who still pays that low salary???.For graduates with HND/BSC???. Even corpers earn more. The meager salary now still gets delayed for weeks sometimes, without any explanation or apology. Unrealistic workload. Blame staffs for their network issues and old systems and expect you work overtime or come on Saturdays, to cover up for downtimes so that you can meet their unrealistic targets. They woke up and laid 40 people off in a day without prior warning. Team leads are not good people at all. They are out to impress the higher ups so they work you like a horse. The people on the 5th floor are not approachable so you swallow all your mistreatments. It's no wonder staffs that are even barely a month abscond. I could go on and on about here but my candid advice is, your mental health will be on -0 and anxiety level on +100 if you find yourself here. And let me add, no other benefit at all, except the HMO! Just the meager salary.
