Hybrid work flexibility. The concept of unlimited PTO. The clients and team members are fantastic to work with.
Cons
Pay disparity: Despite my experience, I was paid significantly less than a much younger colleague hired for a similar role. This felt unfair and demoralizing. Boundaries are not respected, and overwork is the norm. Expect late hours with little acknowledgment. Unrealistic expectations lead to burnout and frustration.
