Genuinely one of the better places I've worked at - Senior Product Manager Ottimate Employee Review

Pros

Ottimate sits at a really interesting spot of AP automation + AI, and the work is actually meaningful. Not the kind of place where you're just maintaining features someone else built. You actually get to think through problems from scratch. The AI/copilot work here is something we're particularly proud of. It's not just a gimmick, there's real thought going into how it should work, what users actually need, and the team is genuinely invested in getting it right. That kind of intent is hard to find. People are sharp and welcoming at the same time. You can walk up to leadership and have a real conversation, not just a status update. Decisions get made fast, which is exciting. If you've come from a larger company and want to actually own things and see the impact of your work, this is worth it. The pace isn't for everyone but if you're the type who wants to build, not just execute, Ottimate is a solid bet.

Cons

The pace is intense if you want to build and execute fast - but worth it

Pros

Most of other SDRs are great people!

Cons

1. Management. They actually couldn’t care less about anything. You can come to them and ask for whatever and they are not going to care at all and will give you no response. 2. 15 min walk from parking in Tampa is a joke. Most of SDRs parking is not in the building and a long walk away. No matter rain or heat or traffic. Look at reason #1 3. Management changes every 2-5 months. There is no stability. Goals change as fast as it could be. 4. Demanding to work overtime without pay. 5. Promoting and keeping mostly “finance bros”
