Business outlook
Pros
Osso had a really strong team and a lot of talent. There was a ton of promise, and the flexible work setup and policies made it an easy place to enjoy working.
Cons
Leadership felt pretty off and not very forward-thinking about where the company was headed. There were multiple CEOs in less than a year, along with frequent layoffs and shifting policies. At this point, a lot of what made the company great just isn’t there anymore. Honestly, the future doesn’t look good at all.
