I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Osso VR in Dec 2021
Interview
I went through 3 stages. First, was the phone screen. This was a quick 10-15 minute call just to chat about my background and interests. Second, I did an interview with a panel of the team I was interviewing for. Third, I had an interview with the supervisor of the position. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and asked a lot of questions. I was a little under qualified for the role but was assured that if they think I’m a good fit then they would consider me regardless.

Interview
Interview with Recruiting then CTO. Take home assessment. I was taken back by the amount and quality of the communication with this company and felt they went far above and beyond as far as respect and communication than almost every other company I've interviewed with lately. Experience was very positive. I didn't move forward, as I was looking more for a managerial position and had other leads.

Question 1
My interview was more informal, going over my work history and details of the job. There was a take home assessment which was challenging but fun.
