Pros
Production and commission percentage are nice once you make your required $12,500-$12,750 a month for your route.
Cons
I personally had no such training being a commercial tech. I took over one of the REGIONS biggest accounts at the time and had only a couple weeks worth of shadowing for that account alone. And I had to complete 100 other accounts throughout the month. (Which I never once got the chance to visit while “training”).
