Commission based and customers are great. Great way to make money if management doesn't get in your way
Cons
Management don't care about employees personal life and wellness. All Management are willing to put current programs that aren't working over actual customer retention. Berated for cancels and allowances as a whole, but no mention to those who don't get cancels or allowances. Lack of heart within branch and region. Very little product available for technician use. No experience with branch leaders Service manager bullying Techs are left responsible for Management mistakes. No help in the field for big jobs. More effort in gaining customers rather than retaining them Poor training. New techs relying on computer based training mostly and field time not as important. Don't expect any kudos from management. No company picnic,luncheon, Christmas party, or other employee appreciation.
