Pros
Companies number one concern is to please stock holders. Meet awesome customers. Potential to sell your own jobs. Vacation policy is actually pretty good. If you start in January you get 80 hours plus 24 hours of floating holiday. Some of the people that you work with are characters and have good attitudes and are fun to work with.
Cons
Pay, Hours, Environmental hazards. Company expects you to act like star employee such as giving you tools/truck, meeting customer, completing paperwork, use proper treating specs, customer service and much more but they do not want to pay properly. Not sure if all companies do this but, the branch I was at played favorites. If you kiss up a lot then you get a good raise but, a technician who works there two years makes more than someone who works there for 5 years. You are not vested in the 401k until 5 years of employment. Company matches 50% of 6% of paycheck. Seems like the Rollins crew is living it up while the Orkin field side slaves away.
