You work 12 hour days and you only have a base salary of 500 dollars and no overtime pay, You have to pay for the car that they provide for you, During the winter season business slows down tremendously, company prefers for you to persuade all customers with products that they don't necessarily need, do not expect to have any Saturdays off the company states that if an inspector is behind goal then they are required to work every Saturday no exceptions, you do create your own schedule but, it's not how they make it seem you will be required to leave your home at a certain time and go home at a certain time(it is not free range), you are basically doing three peoples jobs and only getting paid 500 dollars for it, if you don't sell you will be reprimanded no questions asked, if you do sale they are going to question on why you didn't sale more, they do not care about selling with integrity, if your Gordon Gekko(Wall Street Film) or Jordan Belfort(Wolf of Wall Street Film) then don't work here, if your actually a person that prefers to address customers true needs and sell with the intent to only benefit the customer and not just your own wallet like they prefer for you to be then this job is not for you.
