Pros

Free Dare ice coffees? Laura easily the best supervisor. Not much else to rave about.

Cons

You will require supervisor assistance every 5-10 minutes. Trust me, you'll find this out as soon as you start. And you're fighting for their assistance against many others. This will result in increased call-hold times meaning you will get in trouble from management. The jobs listed as part time, but you'll work full-time hours meaning management will find loopholes to restrict you. There are a few supervisors roaming around and only Laura will be keen enough to help you. Staff know this, so they line up for her. Nobody else will care. The job is mentally taxing on the mind and it wears out the body. You'll soon find out that you're left working 6-7 days a week (9-5 each day) and you've got no choice but to do it or your contract is terminated. It's no wonder the employee turnover is so high.
