      Pros

      Fulfilling career, great flexibility, constantly changing environment, fun and interesting. If you want to climb the ranks there is plenty of support

      Cons

      Can be a bit tiring, burn out is underestimated, sessions can be really long and your schedule might jot always be consistent

      - Paid for sessions cancelled less than 24 hour notice - Company atmosphere - Earned PTO - Supervision by BCBAs

      - PM part-time availability chosen but my hours are not filled

      Pros

      - work with amazing children - the rewards are slow but they hit hard - as a BT, I'm learning and growing in my role the more I am with the job

      Cons

      - not enough hours!! - more leadership support, it's there but i personally would like more - no coworkers - need workshops - sometimes I don't feel confident in my role
