      Flexible, diverse community of employees and clients.

      Cons

      Management seemed to be closed to employee input. Majority of employee staffing part time. Business seemed to continue to create high end management paying jobs that took didn't allow for benefits for the majority which are part time employees.

      The clients always came first. Lots of teamwork. Great culture.

      Nonprofit pay and benefits were the reasons I left.

      Fun Clients, Good homely environment for the clients. Okay with clients needs.

      Cons

      Management is incompetent and hardly listen to the A.C.S.S. Double standard with rules between The Day program and the clients homes.
