Opportunity Manor interview questions

I sent my resume through email and got an email back with a day and time for an interview. I went and it was about 20 minutes and he just described the job and asked questions. At the end he said he would call me in 3-5 says if they wanted to go forward with me. I got the call Friday morning and started Monday morning.
