As you know, we could not do our important work without them and our collective efforts to steward this special group with excellence ultimately contributes to these partners returning, year after year, to help us serve our military families who are struggling to make ends meet. While these intrinsic benefits are important so are our more tangible benefits which is why we regularly conduct compensation reviews to ensure our salaries and other benefits (robust PTO and health plans and 401k match) remain competitive with industry standards.
