You can learn a ton from the Partners and GTM team. -Amazing office space in the seaport with all the perks. -Investment - cool space, get in early drive value, allows investors to invest independently and what interest them - pretty diverse portfolio -Great Work Life balance/social life -Amazing Benefits
Cons
-Pay - Lower salary than other VC firms but great benefits -Diversity - pretty typical in VC, would like to see the firm hire and promote URM to leadership positions -Can be cliquey at times
