Pros
- The core OpenNMS was talented and fun to work with, but are pretty much all gone - Some solid longstanding customers, although they are getting nervous do the layoffs
Cons
- OpenNMS is a square peg in a round hole (NantHealth) - managed to make the worst of both worlds - Weak leadership right to the top, with no ability/impetus to make the necessary meaningful changes
