Pros

The company has been around for 10 years and is growing. Still has a strong start up vibe and laid back culture (jeans and flip flops are in the dress code). The senior management team are fantastic at giving autonomy to staff and managers. They are also great at being clear and transparent in terms of the company performance, they know their metrics!

Cons

Some more work socials would be nice to help everyone get to know each other a bit more across teams.

Pros

I am thrilled to share my positive experience working at OpenAsset. The culture is warm, welcoming, and family-oriented, making it a truly friendly environment. What I love most about OpenAsset is the people. The team dynamic is amazing, fostered by incredible people who contribute to a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. The benefits are excellent, offering everything needed to feel valued and secure. There are ample growth opportunities, allowing for both personal and professional development. Leaders across the board encourage open dialogue and innovation, making it easy to share ideas and get involved. Our offices are in fantastic locations, adding convenience and appeal to the work environment. Additionally, the hybrid work policy provides the perfect balance between remote and in-office work, catering to diverse needs and preferences. Overall, OpenAsset is a wonderful place to work, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fulfilling and dynamic career. This has been the most positive work experience I've ever had and I feel fortunate to be a part of the OpenAsset team.

Cons

It's hard to think of any. All of my needs are met here.
