      Pros

      Allowed me to grow. Immediate manager allowed me independence - I ran my department almost independently and for him it was almost as if the department was on Auto-pilot.

      Cons

      My own manager was let-go. I was let-go even though I delivered.

      There are a lot of information gaps due to company restructuring which was a result of the banking bust.
