Pros

- Very educational - Will learn a lot from the job - The employees are awesome! Super friendly, young, and vibrant

Cons

- No benefits (they don't provide health, dental, or vision insurance) - Work 10-12 hour shifts outside harassing people with no breaks. YES that does include working in the rain, cold, snow, and heat. - It is 100% commission. They make their workers work 72+ hours with little pay. - A LOT OF FAVORITISM. If you are not kissing the managers butt or making them money expect them to not acknowledge you in the work place or to talk at you. - Paychecks ALWAYS came in late so expect to not get paid weeks on end. - They purposely delay doing paperwork. So if you aren't on their butt about filling out paperwork you won't get paid. - HORRIBLE communication among the managers. - Management do not want any of their workers to have an opinion let alone friends in the workplace. They pretty much want you to shut up and do your job. -The managers will NOT hesitate to put you down or curse you out (which is a HUGE lawsuit waiting to happen). -SUPER DISORGANIZED - Management sells A LOT of unrealistic dreams to their employees to keep them there to make them money - Management DO NOT care about their employees - Forget about paid vacations, sick days, or holidays off. - NO 401K IT IS OVERALL A HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK! THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE TURNOVER RATE FOR A REASON. WORK THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

HI there and thanks for the feedback. We always appreciate someone taking the time to let us know their opinion of the company. It's a shame that your experience with the company was a mixed one, but we're glad you learnt a lot, and enjoyed the social aspects of the job. Those are definitely things we're proud of. Some of the points you raise are hard to respond to, because they're not very specific. For instance you mentioned that there was bad communication between managers. We can only really apologize if you felt that was the case, and we hope we're doing better now. We're always learning of course, and improving as a business. As for some of the more specific points, firstly no-one works 12 hour shifts at our company. You mentioned that we have a 72+ hour working week? That's not at all the case. That works out to 14 hours a day over 5 days, or I suppose 10 hours a day over 7 days. I'm not sure exactly how you suggest that we 'make' people work those hours. As a matter of fact our people are on some extremely flexible work plans. We always pay our people on time. The only reason anyone ever has to wait on a payment, is because they have been flagged for fraud. We take the security of our customers very seriously, and work hard to protect them. If you get in touch with us, we can certainly take a look at your specific case, and see if we can figure out the issue. All we can do is apologize again that you didn't feel happy at the company. We really try our best to create a great atmosphere for everyone who works with us. As I said, please do get in touch directly and give us some more information, and we'll try our best to help.
