I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Open Advertising (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2017
Interview
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! SALES SCAM! First interview was brief (20 minutes, including my time in the waiting room). On the second interview day, we (the interviewees) waited in the lobby for almost two hours while they bumped loud pop music and cheered and chanted (loudly). We were told to be there at 10am, we didn't start until 11:45am. We were paired with current employees. The employee I was paired with made me walk with him a mile away to McDonald's so that he could talk to me about selling Hello Fresh door-to-door to local businesses.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
After the employee I was paired with explained to me that this job only involved going door-to-door to businesses in the area to sell Hello Fresh, the employee read off a very long list of difficult questions. Some of these questions alone took the entire page, and some of these questions had different parts (ex: a., b., c., d., etc.). The only question I remembered was writing out your own business plan right there on the spot. Another question was writing out a really long list of marketing techniques.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Open Advertising (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2017
Interview
Stay away from this company. It's a scam! There was no job description and benefits for you. The whole interview process was too easy to be true. Do not work there.
