We are sorry to hear you did not have a great experience during your time here and we take your comments seriously. Working for a fast-paced startup like Ontic can have its challenges especially when we are building a product that does the important work of allowing businesses around the world to create a safer place to work.
We take our five core values to heart and aim to live by them at every level of Ontic on a daily basis. We send employee engagement surveys each quarter specifically to allow employees to express any concerns they may have, all anonymously. While these concerns weren't revealed in any employee feedback, this feedback is quite atypical from what we have heard both widely shared and anonymously delivered, we appreciate your input and strive to improve. If you would like to share more, we would certainly appreciate it and there are many ways to be in touch with Ontic's People team, your previous manager and the CEO directly. Our leadership team has an open door policy that allows anyone, current or former employees, to bring up any concerns openly or in a confidential manner. We believe this level of transparency and feedback makes us a better team.
