The recruiter was extremely rude. She didn't have a structured interview process. Extremely unfriendly demeanor. Was typing the entire typing, getting distracted, cut me off often when I tried to explain my interest for the role. Unprofessional. What a huge turnoff.

Straight forward interview process. Moves fast. 15 minute call with the recruiter to gauge alignment. Met with the Director and team lead who asked great questions and answered my questions outstandingly. It was one of the smoothest, fastest moving interview processes I've come across
