A thriving company many years ago, but the ship is now sinking. I and many others who survived yet another round of layoffs are now interviewing with other organizations. The company is attempting to blame the economy, yet the problem is leadership. There were many great ideas for ediscovery features these past few years that required assistance from other teams. Still, the execs insisted on having other teams work on other unvalidated projects instead of allocating resources to the money-maker features.
