Onna Technologies interview questions

After arranging an initial phone interview, I missed the call because my phone was on silent. The interviewer left me a voicemail saying they'd be free for the next 30 minutes. I called back ten minutes later but they didn't pick up. Then I emailed to apologize and say I was still available, and that I'd also be free later that afternoon. No response. Emailed at the end of the day to apologize again and say I'd be free Monday or Tuesday (today). Still no response. I'd *kind of* understand if the missed call was a deal-breaker, but why ghost me instead of just telling me that? This was a confusing and disappointing experience.

Initial screen, separately followed by talk with a leader where you discussed experience and just open ended conversation. Take home assignment (med length) followed by an hour of sys design. Very pleasant experience, no leetcode and it was spaced out well. Interviewers were very engaging and thoughtful and seemed like great people to work with.
