Pros

Good pay and benefits, free coffee, free snacks, there are some really great people working there. It's a nice office space.

Cons

The company culture is extremely toxic. Management doesn't seem to have a good sense of what the company strategy should be. Every little decision has to be endlessly hashed out. They make you fill out endless paperwork.

Agh! I had no idea we have endless paperwork given that we strive to be an all-digital, modern business. I specifically dug deeper after reading this and am working to get rid of our last file to ensure that we remove every bit of paperwork we can. Thank you for pointing that out. Long live Google Drive. Separately, successful startups end up that way by disrupting the status quo. We're no exception in our attempt to do just that.

Pros

The company has a very positive and encouraging culture and good internal communication despite the remote environment. The employees are honest, hard working, and a pleasure to work with and the management maintains high standards for their employees. They also provide very generous health benefits. I love working here and would definitely recommend this company, I feel extremely fortunate to have found my place here.

Cons

Not many. For some it could be a con that it is an entirely remote workplace. The other con is that because the company is small, sometimes processes are unclear or need to be developed and documented, but that depends on the role.

Pros

Great culture, benefits, work environment. Transparent leadership, constantly changing and shifting platform, but company does well at vetting the process and ensuring the shifts made make sense. Leadership values your feedback and leans into criticism. No BS and they care about employees.

Cons

Constant shifts to the platform, this requires full attention to details as company makes these changes.
