Pros
This is an exciting place to work! We're (successfully) creating a way to help our partners, Custom Integrators (A/V, smart home, etc. design and installation companies), improve their service departments so that they are more efficient, offer great support to their clients, and can be profitable, too. We're experiencing significant growth and continually on a quest to hone and add-on to the products and services we offer, and our internal operations. Very exciting stuff! We have an awesome team and a fantastic culture! The values listed on our website say it all, and we really do live by them. We all work together; rowing in the same direction and supporting each other as we do it. I'm not exaggerating. It's amazing; especially when you consider... We are 100% remote. It's a big pro for most (it's listed as a Con, too). We support this through a value/policy of proactive transparency and provide lots of opportunities for employees to gather for business discussions and for fun, too.
Cons
What I'm listing below are not considered cons by most, but we recognize they aren't for everyone: Because we're blazing a trail, building it as we go and grow, and always looking to be the best, we introduce a lot of change (for the better) to our systems and processes. We're 100% remote. Again, perfect for many, but not for everyone.
