We also appreciate your feedback about career advancement and our feedback structure. At OneTrust, we believe career progression and advancement can happen in a number of ways - through new assignments or rotational opportunities, learning new skills, exposure to new customers or problems to solve, and promotions. When you’re defining and operating in a dynamic market there are no shortage of those opportunities. Many of our team members receive promotions or move laterally into new roles within the company during our performance management cycles. We will continue to promote these opportunities and other career development offerings in the future.
Regarding feedback, we encourage employees of all levels to give and receive feedback regularly, even outside of our annual and mid-year performance cycles.
