Pros

Pay and benefits are good Fast-growing SaaS company - you learn a lot, get to use new technologies and overall looks good on CV. Flexibility - company offers flexible hours and flexible annual leave Parental leave - 14 weeks full pay which is very good, No day is the same

Cons

No company is perfect and although I have enjoyed my time at Onetrust, here are some things that could be improved: 1. Some decisions by the executives in the past were questionable 2. Communication from the top down is ok but could be improved More opportunities available in Madrid than London although 3. London has been around since 2016 and Madrid was opened only 2 years ago.
