      The employees are very bright and hard workers.

      Cons

      They change commission plans every quarter for the sales team to get let and less, the CEO is a control freak.

      Pros

      The new leadership is making intentional, calculated decisions and communicating effectively. They've already been able to impact the workforce by introducing new tools and removing red tape.

      Cons

      There's still some leftover culter of finger pointing and blame but I know this is top of mind to fix.
