EMEA do not get a huge amount of control or decision making power- lead out of US If you do not put in the work you will not last here- a lot of reviews on here from ex employees who didn't hit target or didn't hit KPI's expected. Its a hard working culture not one where you can hide. Every person counts in their role and therefore there is a lot of pressure to perform consistently. If you do not enjoy this high pressure high reward environment OneTrust will not be for you.
