Pros

Pay, people that you work with

Cons

- product is outdated and competitors do the same thing with lower costs - customers are leaving due to absurd pricing strategy and constant changes in packages - Sales leadership don’t have a clear playbook unless it’s multi-year renewal contracts - Quota is unattainable for most and territory alignment is rigged - job security in London, if you do not relocate to Madrid/U.S there’s not much choice. Just a waiting game for the folks in the London office.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for acknowledging the compensation and the people you worked alongside at OneTrust. We acknowledge that the pace of change across our products, GTM approach, and regional strategy has been challenging at times, particularly as the company has continued to evolve from a high‑growth phase into a more mature, focused organization that's supporting thousands of customers through complex data and AI challenges. That evolution has required adjustments in our strategy as well as how we support our global teams. We recognize the importance of transparency, especially for customer‑facing roles, and continue to work on improving clarity, communication, and consistency across leadership and regions. Feedback from employees who work closely with customers is critical, and we take it seriously as we refine how we operate and support our sales teams. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you the best in your next role.

Pros

The new leadership is making intentional, calculated decisions and communicating effectively. They've already been able to impact the workforce by introducing new tools and removing red tape.

Cons

There's still some leftover culter of finger pointing and blame but I know this is top of mind to fix.
