Pros

Exceptional Company Culture: The strong emphasis on a positive and supportive culture is a significant asset. This often translates to higher employee engagement, better collaboration, and a more enjoyable work environment. Competitive Benefits Package: Good benefits are crucial for attracting and retaining top talent in the competitive tech industry. This indicates the company values its employees' well-being and financial security. Challenging and Rewarding Work: Employees appreciate work that pushes them to grow and develop new skills. The "challenging but rewarding" aspect suggests a dynamic environment where individuals can make a meaningful impact and feel a sense of accomplishment. Strong Peer Relationships/Teamwork: (Often a byproduct of excellent culture) If the culture is truly excellent, it's likely that colleagues enjoy working together, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Potential for Personal and Professional Growth: Challenging work, coupled with a good culture, often means there are opportunities for employees to expand their skill sets and advance their careers within the company.

Cons

Inconsistent Management Effectiveness: The feedback "Management could improve" is a clear indicator of a critical area for development. This could manifest as: Lack of Clear Communication: Unclear expectations, insufficient feedback, or poor dissemination of company-wide information. Inadequate Support or Resources: Managers not effectively advocating for their teams or providing the necessary tools to succeed. Perceived Micromanagement or Lack of Autonomy: If employees feel overly controlled or not trusted to do their work. Unfair or Inconsistent Decision-Making: Leading to frustration and a sense of inequity among team members. Limited Career Pathing/Development Discussions: If managers aren't actively helping employees plan their career trajectory.

Pros

Remote work is amazing, and there is a lot of flexibility at OneSpan, as well as a lot of freedom to improve the company. If you have an idea, and you want to try and make it happen, they will let you. You may not get all of the resources that you need, but you will be given the opportunity to at least try it on your own.

Cons

Not sure the company is heading down the right path, and with all of the options available in the cybersecurity world, OneSpan is one 2008 banking crisis from getting hurt...bad. Its also pretty stagnant, and people tend to stay employed there for a very long time (which could also be a pro, not a con).
